Shani Cipro | Educator, Writer & Founder of ShanisTutoring
Shani Cipro has tutored English and History since her first year of university in September 2015. She studied English Literature and History at the University of Glasgow, and took supplementary units in English Language, Politics, French and Japanese before graduating with an MA in History.
She currently works as a sixth form teacher of A-level English, EPQ and Storytelling, and occasionally teaches some classes for her school’s Film department. Alongside this, she runs Shani’s Tutoring and Writing Draft, two websites dedicated to helping young people.
My biggest drive in life is showing students that literature is for them, no matter their background.
She is pursuing her MA in English at the University of Nottingham, where she specialises in Literary Linguistics. Her hope is to go on to pursue a PhD in the language of Fantasy literature, and hopefully go on to teach more students that literature belongs to them.
